This is a card using the new Bells and Boughs stamp set and dies from Papertrey Ink. Not only are they great for making Christmas cards, but they have lots of ideas on their Web site. This is one that I cased from Maille Belles' site. She has a few that I'm planning on casing--or recreating--whatever.
